I haven’t posted in a while, I’m seeking to remedy that soon. However, here is a small snippet of what I’m currently doing.

  • Working on a variety of academic papers for my PhD
  • Working on cool things for TUCS as Vice-President
  • Preparing to speak at the AUC (Apple University Consortium) /dev/world/2009 conference in late September (along with Jon, Josh, and Andrew, also from Secret Lab – together we make up 7 of the conference presentations!)
  • Working hard on the Tiki Bar TV game
  • Having meetings and discussions with some awesome people in Mountain View, California (where I am as I write this post!)
  • Attending to my duties as a member of the board for ACS Tasmania (Australian Computer Society)

It was a tremendous success, some great sessions were run. Jon Manning, Andrew Bennett and myself attended as presented and had some great feedback from our sessions on AppleScript, OpenGL and Polishing Applications, respectively. I met some great people and learnt a few new things.That\'s Number Wang!

Also, the trivia night was absolutely awesome; kudos to the University of Tasmania/AUC’s Tony Gray for running that (with a little help from the Secret Lab team.)
